Here is a list of my favourite products! I could genuinely say that I cannot go a day without those, they’re pretty much part of my daily routine now. We’re looking at fitness equipment, comfortable workout clothes, protein powder, my favourite journal and many more!
1. Protein Powder
We all know that protein is extremely important not only for your fitness journey but for your overall health. This LivWell protein powder (Vanilla), is my go to every single time. Since I’ve found this, I’ve never looked at any other protein powder.
This 100% plant-based protein is simply TASTY. It is so easy to integrate in literally anything! I use it in my smoothies, my oatmeal, protein balls, or I just mix it with yogurt. I even tasted it in just water once, and no weird aftertaste, it was just like drinking a vanilla shake. Also…No sandy texture!
2. Collagen Powder
Collagen powder is just life saving. Honestly, there is just so many benefits in adding collagen powder to you daily routine. Here are some of the many benefits: glowing skin, healthy hair and nails, Happy gut, strong bones and joints… You get the drill.
After trying it for a month, I felt way less bloated. I also was careful with what I was eating, but I have to say that I usually have a good balance diet. So I truly believe that taking collagen everyday helped a lot. I add 1 scoop to my coffee every morning. Or I would add it to my little mid-day Iced-matcha (recommend 100 times).
3. Workout Clothes
Where did I get all of these? AMAZON. For all of my people who likes good quality workout clothes and is on a budget… AMAZON. I bought these over 7 months ago and they’re still as good as new. The leggings are perfect even as a regular day outfit and the tops also feels light. Which is really amazing when you’re all sweaty from your workout.
I have to say, the tank top with removable pads is a life changer. But for the tank top, I can only speak for my part of the community… which is the itty bitty titty community.
4. Resistance Bands
Easy to integrate into your gym workouts if your part of the gym fan club! If not, these are wonderful for a good at-home workout. Since you probably don’t have access to weights or gym equipment at home, these resistance bands will be more than enough for you. They won’t fell to make you sweat, that I promise.
5. Self-Care Journal
One of the most important part of health is your mental health! This self-care planner is my holy-grail. If you’re like me and you need to write down quite literally everything, this is for you. Writing everything down helps me knowing what I should do, what I should prioritize, what are my goals and for some reason it helps a lot with my motivation.
